Clean Beauty Sales Associate
PART TIME Sales Associate Needed.

We carry thousands of non-toxic makeup, skin, hair, and body care products as well as complementary accessories. We are committed to providing customers with one of a kind services and products that are free of harmful ingredients such as parabens, sulfates, phthalates, petrochemicals, and synthetic fragrance, however without sacrificing efficacy or luxury.

• Have a passion for and a clear understanding of Clean Beauty and in general, wellness-focused lifestyles
• Be fully educated and keep up to speed on all stocked products and brands, our company story and mission, and enthusiastic to express this fully to existing and prospective clients
• Maintain AILLEA's appearance and vibe. This includes personal appearance, while also being responsible for stock drawers, cash wrap and employee areas, product displays, price postings, cleanliness, and overall aesthetic
• Host spa parties - walk customers through a DIY facials in a festive environment
• Drive store goals and work with the store manager to meet and surpass these goals
• Perform makeovers and assist clients in trying a variety of different products
• Organize, promote, and successfully execute both in-store and pop-up events with customers and brands
• Seamless communication skills with your peers, management, as well as customers
• The ability to problem solve, think on your feet, and take initiative while using your best judgment.
• Play your role in ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Beauty Retail or Esthetics: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Cosmetology License (Preferred)
