Clean Air Outdoor Maintenance Specialist (Lawn Care)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize electric lawn mowers and equipment for routine lawn maintenance tasks, ensuring a cleaner and quieter experience for both the neighborhood and our team members.
• Perform organic fertilizing to promote healthy and lush lawns without the use of harmful chemicals.
• Implement all-natural tick and mosquito control measures, contributing to a safer outdoor environment.
• Operate one-man trucks equipped with state-of-the-art, clean energy technology.
• Work independently and efficiently to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Outdoor Maintenance and a strong commitment to eco-friendly practices.
• Familiarity with electric Lawn Care equipment and a willingness to embrace Clean AirLawn Care's unique approach.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods, sometimes in adverse weather conditions.
• Strong self-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable results.

Varied Responsibilities:

Every day with Clean Air is different. As part of our team, you'll be outdoors using electric equipment and chemical-free fertilizers. You'll provide a variety of services, interact with our amazing customers, maintain equipment, manage the shop, oversee seasonal planning, and develop the crew as we grow. This isn't a position for someone just looking to "get it done"; it's a rare opportunity for someone who wants to dive in with all their heart and mind.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
