Job Title: Classroom Aide Support Staff

Hours: Full-time & Part-time (3-8 hour shifts), Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm

Wage:$11.00/hour with monthly bonuses

Little Stars Early Learning Center is seeking enthusiastic individuals passionate about children's growth and development. This position is ideal for college-aged students interested in gaining hands-on experience with children, offering flexible full-time and part-time shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in Child Engagement: Support teachers in daily programs and activities.
- Foster a Positive Environment: Create a nurturing, safe space for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
- Professional Development: Participate in training and take initiative in educational improvement.

Qualifications:
- A positive, sensitive attitude toward children.
- Strong communication skills.
- No extensive experience required; passion for working with children is paramount.
