Classroom Magazine Supervisor

Job Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage marketing projects to ensure each meets the annual Classroom Magazine budget including hours, subscriptions, and revenue.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of a staff of 12-14 Classroom Magazine Inside Sales Representatives - help them to be successful in meeting their sales goals (and all other job duties)
• Implement company policies in a fair and equitable manner including performance evaluations and disciplinary action.
• Coach, monitor, motivate, and work one on one with sales team to ensure success
• Identify new sales and marketing opportunities for the business unit.
• Create contests and activities to motivate the team.
• Must be willing to work additional hours and/or hours outside of the primary shift to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing feedback and detailed analysis of all sales projects to Center Director
• Required to work on site 5 days per week (there are opportunities during lower staffed months to work a small percent of time from home)

Qualifications

• Prior Sales Management Experience preferred, not mandatory.
• Experience in Education preferred, not mandatory.
• Proven track record in Inside Sales
• Ability/ Experience in market/ sales analysis
• Ability to analyze data and reporting to evaluate performance, identify patterns, and make projections to support sales goals.
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Computer and Technology Skills
• Easily adapts to change.
• Self-Learner
