We are looking for Class of 2023Accounting Staff to join our Business Advisory Solutions in November 2023. As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service. Our firm provides excellent compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, and a strong career path for high performing professionals.
NOTE: This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of accounting and reporting standards
Prepare various tax returns (1040s, 1041s, 1065s, 1120s), tax extensions, and tax projections
Assist with the coordination of the day-to-day duties of planning, tax work, and wrap-up
Perform tax research to resolve issues
Write up client books with Quickbooks or Excel
Prepare and assist with compiled financial statements
Qualifications:
Have a bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Professional accounting experience or internships preferred
Obtain or plan to obtain 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility
Be able to apply basic accounting principles to engagements
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be highly motivated
Have outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Works cooperatively in teams
Have the ability to multi-task
Knowledge of CCH Axcess, Caseware, and XCM is a plus

The salary range is $68,000 - $105,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
