We are seeking a skilled and reliable Class A Truck Driver to join our team. As a Class A Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a tractor trailer and delivering equipment, supplies, and earthen materials to various locations on an assigned route schedule. Responsibilities:

Driving Operations:

• Fully understand and proficiently operate the assigned tractor-trailer.
• Safely drive the tractor-trailer to assigned locations, maneuvering it into loading or unloading positions in compliance with Company guidelines.
• Pull a towed weight exceeding 100,000 lbs.
• Ensure the trailer hitch is properly and securely attached to the tractor unit.
• Stay on the predetermined route, ensuring timely deliveries

Vehicle Maintenance and Inspections:

• Perform thorough inspections of the vehicle before and after each trip.
• Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered.
• Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs.

Compliance and Regulations:

• Adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions.
• Comply with DOT regulations.

Vehicle Appearance and Customer Interaction:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the inside and outside of the vehicle.
• Treat all customers with courtesy and respect.
• Promote and provide a positive company image.

Miscellaneous:

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of CDL driving experience.
• End Dump Experience Preferred
• Class A CDL license.
• Clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb on, off, and under various pieces of equipment and access all parts of equipment.

The salary will range between $30-$38 per hour and will be determined based on experience.
