Form of workClass A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Dry Van Trailers. After training you will be running the Great Lake Regional Account. Drivers with 6 months experience do not need to go with a training driver. Home on the WEEKENDS!!
Job Details- Running lane is Central, North Central Regional
- 100% No Touch Dry Van freight
- Trainees must be willing to run OTR for training period (4-6 weeks)
- Weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset o the weekends.
- Average miles a week is 1800-2200.
- Trainees are paid $650/week.
- .56 - .64 a mile depending on experience
- $15 stop pay.
- $1300 average weekly pay
- .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 9200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.
- Full benefits that kick in after 60 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
- Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school.
- Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL and have held a license for at least 12 months (CDL or Class C)
- Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
- Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
- No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 10 years
- Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training.
- Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
