Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 48’-53’ flatbed trailers After training you will be running all the dedicated power lanes coast to coast.
Job Details- Dedicated power lanes. Laredo, TX to Gaffney, SC. Gaffney, SC to Indiana. Indiana to Texas. Texas to Portland, OR. Oregon to SoCal. SoCal back out east.
- 48’ to 53’ Flatbed Trailers
- Trainees must be willing to run OTR for the training period (4-6 weeks with Mentor)
- 6 months + experience, no time needed with trainer.
- Home every 2 to 3 weeks with at least a 34-hour reset.
- Orientation at closest terminal (Laredo, TX, Greer, SC, Gary, IN)
- The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
- Average miles a week is 2500.
- Trainees are paid $650/week until their 4-6 weeks are done (if under 6 months experience)
- .48 - .61 per mile based on experience.
- $65 tarping pay.
- $140 securement class pay per day. 1 week training class if no flatbed experience.
- $1300+ average weekly pay
- Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
- Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school.
- Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
- Must have fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
- Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
- No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years
- Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training.
- Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
