Weekly Ins Fees:
- Liability $94
- Occupational $48
- Bobtail $10
- Physical Damage - (Total amount) X 6% = ________ / 52 Weeks = _________
- Insurance on truck - Not mandatory to have thru carrier, if OO has his/her own
- insurance OO will need to provide a copy of policy showing PD & NTL coverage
- 1st week of insurance will always be Pro-Rated if Unit starts in the middle of the week for NEW DRIVERS

Settlement Advancement Caps:
- Local Limit is $1,500 per week, 300 gallons/day
- Regional limit is $3,100 per week, 300 gallons/day
- Settlement deduction will occur each Friday for the amount used on fuel card for that Work week.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a minimum of 1 Year Class A Driving Experience
- Must live within 60 miles of the port
- Must have a valid TWIC Card
- Must have truck registered with GPA
- Must be willing to do both Local & Regional Runs
- Must have your own truck Year Model 2000 or Newer
