Do you have a Class A CDL and an impeccable safety record? Carters Transit Inc. is immediately hiring Class A CDL - FedEx Ground Drivers in the Metro Atlanta area! We are looking for dedicated and professional solo truck drivers to handle FedEx Ground dedicated solo runs from the Ellenwood, GA terminal safely and efficiently!
Solo Driver Pay & Benefits include:
- 60 CPM!
- Standby Pay - minimum pay guarantee of $145 a day!
- Quarterly Safety Bonuses-$250 a quarter!
- Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance after 90 days!
- PTO after one year of service!
- Weekly Direct Deposit!

- Dispatch from Ellenwood, GA terminal
- Dispatch Time: 7AM-11AM based on run
- Home Daily!
- Undedicated Runs

- No Smoking in Company Vehicles
CDL Driver Requirements:
- 1 years of verifiable Tractor-Trailerdriving experience within the last 3 year, 6 months of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years with an approved CDL driving school certificate, 3 years of verifiable experience within the last 5 years, or 5 years of verifiable driving experience within the last 10 years
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record- No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must hold a valid Medical Card.
- No felonies or violent or drug-related misdemeanors in the last 10 years.
- CDL-A with double endorsement
- No At-Fault Fatality Accidents ever.
- Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, login to Clearinghouse, and take a Drug Test.
