Pay Range: $26.25-$29.17 per hour
Shift: Starts 5am (could include Saturdays)
What does a Driver do at Swire Coca-Cola?You will be transporting our great-tasting products in a safe, timely manner to our customers. Pick up and deliver product in the back-stock area designated by retail partners at each location along your daily route. Also retrieving any product that is set aside for return to the sales center.

Base pay range is $26.25 to $29.17 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 7 paid holidays plus up to 2 floating holidays; Vacation of 40 hours available next calendar year; Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty.

Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures throughout the day
- Drive from Sales Center to customer locations on Dailyroute
- Deliver to all stores in a safe, efficient, and productive manner
- Verify order and invoice with customer
- Check truck inventory compared to load-out report
- Return inventory compared to load-in report
- Return pallets, shells and assigned product at each delivery location
- Follow all federal and state DOT regulations
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid Class A CDL license
- Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to work weekends (Sundays Off)
- Lift up to 50 pounds
