Job Summary: TheFilling Machine Operator has primary responsibility to efficiently run filling, capping, pasteurization and carbonation equipment while maintaining and documenting consistent high quality and efficiency standards as directed by Production and Quality Assurance Manager.

Responsibilities and Attributes

• Perform Quality Assurance measurements as instructed by Management;
• Maintain efficiency standards and documents, timely reporting of Red Zone data using the units provided to identify specific cause(s) of lost production time, quality issues and communicate issues in a timely manner;
• Perform machine changeovers efficiently and in a manner that promotes an effective and quality line start-up with minimal loss for different items to be run;
• Participate in any production problem-solving huddles, apply potential solutions, maintain machine centerline settings, perform preventive maintenance, maintain a work area in compliance with our 5-S Principles, and participate in continuous improvement activities;
• Train and cross-train with other Machine Operators as assigned by Management;

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen;
• Ability to stand and/or sit in front of and operate a computer for extended periods of time; and,
