Keystone Sheets, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, and corrugated manufacturing industry leader currently has an exciting opportunity available for Clamp Truck Operator in Chambersburg, PA! The Clamp Truck Operator is responsible for handling the finished product. This position is responsible for handling all roll stock material for production or receiving purposes using a Clamp Truck.

Essential Job Functions:
- Read the Wet End-run schedule and lay down the correct rolls for the coming paper grades.
- Drive and handle rolls in a safe manner consistent with company rules and training.
- If rolls are damaged, assist operators in peeling and prepping rolls.
- Ensure butt rolls are properly prepped for return to the roll room.
a). Core plugs should be reinserted.
b). Label should be placed on butt roll.
c). Width, grade, and paper wind direction will be handwritten under label.
- Clean and reorganize warehouse as needed to ensure a clean and safe work area and the proper rotation of stock.
- At times, the Corrugator Clamp operator may be required to unload a truck or railcar. When performing this function all paperwork and applicable processes must be followed. Refer to appropriate processes as needed.
a). Trailers and railcars must be inspected prior to unloading.
b). Trailers must be locked in or chocked, and railcars must have the brakes set.
c). ACR's must be completed and signed by the driver unless it is a drop load.
d). All paperwork must be turned into Scheduler/Roll Room Manager
- When the machine stops because of a wet end issue, the clamp operator should proceed immediately to the wet end and assist as needed at the direction of the Control Room Operator.
- Work with control room operator and wet end operators to ensure butt rolls are kept to a minimum and adhere to butt roll policy.
- Perform OSHA required pre-shift checklist and report any issues to Maintenance. Blow down radiator, engine compartment and undercarriage.
- Work safely, following all accepted company safe work practices.
- Assist wet end during double wall when duties allow. Also provide breaks during single wall runs to the wet end.
- Perform the duties of Utility Operator as needed when time allows.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Education & Experience:

- GED or high school diploma.
- Corrugated experience.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Basic math skills and must be able to read a tape measure.
- Preferred computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., operate industrial truck while seated for extended periods of time.
