Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the business and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to assess employee performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in basic math calculations for handling financial transactions
- Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software applications
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising employees
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to negotiate with suppliers
