About this Position
At Texas Mutual, we spend our days creating a stronger, safer Texas. That means helping injured employees return to a productive life, empowering businesses to thrive, and giving back to our communities. Are you looking for a career that allows you to use your critical thinking and empathy skills while having a direct impact on our community? Then consider our Claims Adjuster Trainee program and imagine building your future with a great company where you can make a difference!
In this role, you will be equipped for a career as a Claims Adjuster where you will be responsible for helping injured employees return to a productive life and for empowering businesses to succeed. Upon completion of the trainee program, you will be assigned to one of our four regional offices including Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Lubbock. To be considered for this program, candidates must be willing to temporarily relocate for up to twelve weeks of training at our headquarters in Austin, Texas beginning in April 2024. Relocation assistance (including housing, travel, and meals) is available.
Texas Mutual offers excellent benefits (see below), opportunities to volunteer in the community, professional development, a modern office, a partial work-from-home workweek post-graduation, employee events, an on-site fitness center, and more.
