This position handles moderate to higher complexity claims mattes involving homeowner lines of insurance written by the Motor Club Insurance Company in compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements. The primary functions include writing or adjusting home repair estimates. In addition, the candidate will respond to and resolve insured/claimant inquiries regarding their claims. Employs discretion and independent judgment to ensure compliance with state and federal law, and with established company technical and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or commensurate job experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including word and excel; and knowledge of Xactimate estimating system.
• Ability to service claims of moderate to higher complexity as normally acquired through 5 to 15 years of experience.
• Strong organizational skills and strong oral/written communication skills desired.
• A valid driver's license with safe driving records required.
