Our QA reviewers are responsible for the review of daily & catastrophe property claims.

Minimum Requirements

College bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; prior property and casualty claims adjusting/quality assurance/file review experience required; demonstrated oral and written communication, problem analysis, planning and organizational skills required. 3+ years as licensed adjuster and Xactimate level II training.

Location and equipment

Hybrid environment. Must be able to operate a computer and smart phone. Occasional travel by airplane is required.

Contact with others.

Inside contact with adjusters and clerical workers. Outside contact with clients, policyholders, claimants, trade-persons, and attorneys as directed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing files in accordance with client specific or company guidelines with adherence to the same guidelines.
• Lend technical support to field staff when appropriate.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor or Assistant Director of Property Services.
• Complete desk reviews/ prepare estimate and reports.
