Job DescriptionAbout the role:
The Claims Review Representative ensures the integrity of outside medical payments for the organization by verifying the accuracy of payor data-entered and by reviewing claims-related information. You will also be involved with claims adjudication for compliance with contract terms and according to payor requirements. You may be asked to provide feedback to staff involved in related processes and assist with recovery of funds.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing audit requests from payors
Act as a liaison between the reimbursement and various other departments to monitor and resolve reimbursement issues.
What you bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of medical billing experience
Knowledge and understanding of HCPC and CPT codes
