As a Claims Representative you will be responsible for the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of claims. This includes analyzing coverage, contacting the customers, investigating the facts surrounding the loss, and arranging inspection, experts, and third parties. You will work with other departments, vendors, and defense counsel as needed throughout the claims process.
What Will You Do?
Handle "one-and-done" claims as related to property and casualty claims, which could include simple losses, excluding complex coverage issues
Handle claims with a focus on property and entry-level complexity
Determine the appropriate method of inspection and/or the appropriate claim decision based on the review of facts
Required Skills
Actively hold or willingness to obtain appropriate state adjuster license (American National will incur fees associated / No out of pocket expenses)
