Winnebago Towables has an immediate need for an experienced candidate to fill a Claims Processor position. This position will be based in Elkhart, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Work with Winnebago dealers to successfully process claims submitted.
• Assist Winnebago dealers with questions about claims through phone and email.
• Compile data related to warranty claims and accurately complete required paperwork.
• Complete vendor chargebacks

Knowledge & skills

• A minimum of one year experience in RV manufacturing required.
• Willingness to learn about the different styles of Winnebago-branded Towables.
• Requires ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• AX Dynamics experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Comprehensive understanding of data input, and standard phone systems.
• Should have good communication skills, written and oral, with all departments within the business.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, while maintaining individual goals.
• Self-motivation, adaptability and a positive attitude is required.

Work Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to work on a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
• Work usually takes place in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office setting.
• May need to visit production areas as needed and may be exposed to noise, air pollutants, etc.
