Perform professional internal auditing work including conducting performance, operational, financial and/or compliance audit projects.
Perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.
Identify, develop, and document audit issues and recommendations for improvement using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed.
Communicate or assist in communicating the results of audit via written reports and oral presentations on a timely basis to management.
Develop and maintain productive team-oriented client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
Maintain current professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and partnerships in professional societies.
Represent internal auditing on organizational project teams and at management meetings.
Execute internal focused audits as requested.

- Preferred Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years healthcare insurance claims processing or healthcare insurance internal claims audits Required
This is a hybrid position. After training, new hire will work at assigned office location once a week, based on business needs, and work from home for the remainder of the week.
