JOB DUTIES:
- Fulfill payer audit requests correctly and timely.
- Maintain daily request/status log of payer notices and dates.
- Provide applicable feedback to Compliance Director and applicable department directors.
- Monitor and report trends in audit requests.
- Assist in the planning, organization, implementation and maintenance of records management systems for viewing, scanning and sending requested documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have dependable transportation to get to/from each Albuquerque branch location.
- Must be able to go to other Albuquerque branch locations throughout the day as needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter/motivator.
- Experience in DME, medical records, claims/record auditing, or quality assurance in a Healthcare of DEM setting preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
