JOB DUTIES:

  • Fulfill payer audit requests correctly and timely.
  • Maintain daily request/status log of payer notices and dates.
  • Provide applicable feedback to Compliance Director and applicable department directors.
  • Monitor and report trends in audit requests.
  • Assist in the planning, organization, implementation and maintenance of records management systems for viewing, scanning and sending requested documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have dependable transportation to get to/from each Albuquerque branch location.
  • Must be able to go to other Albuquerque branch locations throughout the day as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter/motivator.
  • Experience in DME, medical records, claims/record auditing, or quality assurance in a Healthcare of DEM setting preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00/hour
