Summary
Provide field operations management for Hall's Highway Division projects. (Louisville, KY area)
Duties and Responsibilities

• Review project plans and/or proposal and develop a plan for completing the project on time and within budget.
• Manage all project personnel, activities, equipment and subcontractors.
• Direct Superintendents.
• Provide a safe work site for each project.
• Update weekly/monthly project schedules.
• Provide "hands on" assistance with field work/activities at times.
• Primary liaison between Hall Contracting and the project owner's representatives.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with the project owner's representatives.
• Abide by Company Safety Program and Policies in performing duties safely.
• Communicate, update and report to the Highway Division Manager.

• Leadership - ability to motivate project personnel, set achievable objectives, maintain a positive outlook, take responsibility, make decisions, and provide constructive feedback.
• Environmental, Health and Safety Management: understand and know how to comply with all regulations, implement a positive attitude toward health and safety in the design and execution of the project, ensure safe deliverables and incorporate sustainable development.

Experience/Qualifications

• 10 years of heavy/highway construction experience
• Bridge construction/repair work experience
• Roadway and concrete paving experience

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. This position is performed in outside weather conditions. The employee must be able to walk and/or stand on his/her feet throughout the entire day. The employee is required to use proper personal protection equipment.
