Civil Process Server

This is a 1099 position. You need a car, valid registration, car insurance and a drivers license. You need a computer, printer, scanner. You need a CLEAN Criminal record of Felonies.

You will be serving papers to businesses and people up to 75 Miles from your home zip code. You may or may not get a po box to manage.

You ARE required to make an attempt before 8 a.m. one from 9-5 and one after 6 p.m. IF needed. Businesses are 9-5 attempts. So you MUST be available days, nights and weekends. Right now no area has more than a few days work but rushes have to be done the same day given. Dont apply if you work during the day!

Jobs are paid based on the location of the serve and your address or our office address. We split all fees in half

Pay starts at 32.50 per paper and goes up from there . THIS COULD BE UP TO THREE ATTEMPTS. YOU DONT GET PAID EACH TIME YOU GO.. ITS A FLAT RATE PER JOB.
