Salary```Duties:```
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Transcribe dictations and prepare accurate and timely written documents
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances for attorneys
- Assist in managing legal case calendars and deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing correspondence
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
```Experience:```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
- Proficiency in legal case management software and document management systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review
- Knowledge of legal drafting techniques and formatting requirements
- Familiarity with conducting legal research using online databases and resources
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
