RPO Recruitment is seeking a talented Civil Engineer (PE) with expertise in Consulting Engineering to join our client's team. As a leading recruitment agency, RPO Recruitment specializes in finding and securing the best candidates for our clients' specific needs. In this role, you will be responsible for providing consultation and engineering services to our clients, ensuring that their infrastructure projects are successfully designed and implemented. Utilizing your strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, you will collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
As a Civil Engineer (PE) within our Consulting Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clients' projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of Civil Engineering projects, including but not limited to site development, transportation design, water resources, and structural analysis. In addition to providing technical expertise, you will also serve as a client liaison and project manager, ensuring that deliverables are met according to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site investigations and evaluations to assess project feasibility and identify potential design challenges.
- Design and create detailed engineering plans and specifications for various Civil Engineering projects.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
- Conduct engineering calculations and simulations to ensure the structural integrity and safety of the proposed designs.
- Oversee the construction process and provide technical support to address any issues or modifications.
- Perform regular site visits and inspections to monitor the progress and quality of construction activities.
- Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and project deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Proficient in relevant industry software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis programs.
- Solid understanding of Civil Engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in project management is highly desired.
- Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally-friendly design practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
