Civil Engineer

Assist in the preparation of construction plans, cost estimates, engineering reports and studies, as well as visiting project sites, attending meetings, and preparing field and meeting reports. Performs general Civil Engineering work including drafting and designing using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Our engineers assist in the design of roadways, site grading, culverts, pipelines, drainage improvements, sewers, water systems, and sidewalks. Work also includes processing permits through County Agencies on all islands, Department of Health, Department of Defense, and State DOT.
Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering;
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and standards, environmental regulations;
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience preferred
• Experience in working with local authorities, environmental agencies and other government entities;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment;
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite applications
• FE and/or PE Preferred
