Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience on large aerospace/manufacturing projects
- Bachelor's degree in construction preferred
- Proven expertise in interpreting drawings, specifications, and subcontractor coordination
- Strong grasp of Civil, Architectural, Structural Steel Erection & Concrete QA/QC and scheduling
- High Bay Cleanrooms experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Procore software is a bonus
Essential Functions:
- Daily oversight and coordination of Civil, Architectural & Structural Concrete and Steel installations, with a keen eye on Quality Control and Safety
- Documenting/reporting daily trade performance and any delays
- Ensuring project milestones are achieved
- Safety first! Promoting and overseeing safety procedures for construction activities
- Collaboration with subcontractors and crews for a safe and efficient construction environment
- Keeping the project on track, on schedule, and within budget
- Building strong client relationships through effective communication
- Coordinating and communicating field activities with various departments for a streamlined project execution
- Providing leadership and training to other field team members as needed
