• Performs maintenance activities according to established procedures to monitor network usage, security posture, bandwidth utilization, and network access, exceptions and perimeter defenses; identifies areas requiring follow up and takes corrective action as necessary. 40G
• Works closely with the infrastructure teams to understand and provide network solutions to meet their requirements and develop and maintain new network solutions. F5
•Develops procedures to keep network infrastructure components up and running; data centers, vsc, cloud. Recovers network operations from hardware and software failures; ensures network and connectivity support for Applications, Operations, Help Desk and other IT staff; works with other team members to support operations
•Maintains all documentation related to network and hardware/appliances, software and develops common procedures to be carried out by operations, help desk personnel and desktop support staff, relative to assigned systems
•Works closely with project delivery teams to contribute to project planning and deliver the technical capabilities required
•Develop cross-functional working relationships with all relevant individuals and departments to share technical capability, ongoing plans and understanding evolving business requirements
•CCNA or CCNP desired
$150k-$160k / year salary
