What you will do
The Raw Material Self Care Base Business is responsible for supporting existing business for an OTC portfolio, including troubleshooting and assessing alternative suppliers. The Raw Material Reliability Expert will also lead and write Material Analytical Reports as appropriate. This is a global role with a focus on Latin America. The Raw Material Reliability Expert will interact with multiple stakeholders regionally and globally to implement qualifications.
- Support existing business for an OTC portfolio, including troubleshooting and assessing alternative suppliers
- Lead and write Material Analytical Reports as appropriate
- Interact with multiple stakeholders regionally and globally to implement qualifications
- Develop and implement raw material qualification policies and procedures
- Ensure that all raw material qualifications comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor and ensure the quality of raw material qualification data and provide regular reports to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and implement best practices for raw material qualification management
- Develop and manage raw material qualification project timing and budgets
- Provide training and support to personnel on raw material qualifications
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related scientific field
- Experience of minimum 4 years in raw material reliability and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to raw materials
- An Advance level of English is required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Word, etc) with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Experience in Consumer Products or a related industry is preferred.
