SalaryWe are looking for a Chocolatier and Candy Cook for commercial production. Responsibilities include food prep and production, maintaining a fully-stocked inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented and able to operate productively, safely, cleanly and at a consistently high quality.

Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
ADA Statement: While performing duties, production areas are often hot and prone to hot splattering. Work space is restricted and employees are expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare foods, use kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees may be required to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high; floors may be slippery. Contact with various foodborne allergens is unavoidable.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
