A Day in the life as a Chiropractic Assistant: No special skills required as we will provide on the job training to get you up to speed. Some requirements mean you have the potential to be a great Chiropractic Assistant.

· Knowledge of core computer programs and aptitude for working with new systems and software

Job Specifics: We are looking to hire a part time position that would bring value to our established team. Responsibilities include:

· Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment

· Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar

· Provide exceptional patient service

· Collect patient information and update medical records using electronic health record systems

· Assist with insurance verification and billing processes

· Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization

· Assist the chiropractor with patient examinations and therapies as needed

· Provide education to patients on treatment plans, exercises, and home care instructions

· Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed

· This is an administrative position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

· Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred, not required

· Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and record keeping
Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations

· Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (ChiroTouch experience is a plus)

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Details of the job and benefits:

· Hours: Monday- Thursday 12:45-4:45

· Starting pay- $12/hour base pay (we offer bonus structure and increase in pay once 60-day training period has been completed)

· Paid Federal Holidays

· Opportunity to earn 2 weeks Paid Time Off after training period
