Upscale chiropractic office is seeking to hire an energetic, dynamic personality to fill the position of Check Out Chiropractic Assistant. This practice was recently formed, combining two busy practices from the Treasure Valley. Supporting a fast-paced practice, the Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service in dealing with patients and running the front desk smoothly.
Some of the main duties will include:
· Working closely with the doctors in support of the patients
· Working with technology to assist in patient care
· Taking phone calls and scheduling appointments
· Checking patients out, taking payments
· Performing data entry tasks
Requirements/Skills:
· High School Education or greater
· Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
· Commitment to healthcare and wellness
· Previous medical or chiropractic office experience is a plus!
· High energy, optimism, professional demeanor, empathy and good listening skills required – we will train you in the details!
This position will be approximately 25 hours per week and will include some early evenings. Hourly rate DOE.
