Chiropractic Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist chiropractor with patient care and treatment
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical history
- Educate patients on chiropractic procedures and provide instructions for at-home care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication with patients
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing

Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service
- Ability to assess patients and provide appropriate care under the direction of a chiropractor
- Excellent organizational skills to manage patient records, appointments, and administrative tasks
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure
