Your role will be vital in helping people find relief from chronic pain and suffering!

Chiropractic Assistant/ Front Desk Administrative role. You'll be running the front desk in the morning which includes setting up the office in the morning, making appointments, answering phones, tracking inventory, collecting payment, reporting to the doctor, etc.

We are interested in hiring for two positions. one part time, and one full time.

The first position is a 32 hr/ week commitment
The second position is 20 hr/ week.

positions need to fill hours of operatong plus a little bit before and after closing. approx Monday, wedn, thurs: 8:45am - 1pm. then 2pm - 6pm

Tues, Fri: 8:45am - 2pm

MUST BE:

• Health conscious! Need to be an example to patients with posture, disciplined eating, etc. They will be looking to us as examples in how to make healthy lifestyle changes!
• Positive, patient, and supportive of patients who are in need of a healing environment.
• Active and capable of physical tasks like helping/lifting patients, demonstrating basic exercises, how to use equipment etc.
• Computer savvy. Quick to learn "Quickbooks" etc.
• Quick learner w transitioning from paper to digital health records
• Good at math.
• Organized oriented.
• Gets along with others easily.

Preferred:

• Chiropractic or medical office experience is preferred
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment, and also find ways to be productive during unexpected slow times.
• Can film patient testimonial videos and edit them for social media. (will pay extra per video edited).

Responsibilities:

• Front desk operations; phone, printer, ordering labs, inventory.
• Quickbooks and other computer work
• Operating Laser, Vision Tracking device, Vagus Nerve Stimulation devices, and setting patients up on equipment (not too difficult).
• Prepare patients for procedures, maintaining flow of patients.
• Prepare treatment areas before the doctor arrives.
• Cleaning rooms, surfaces, changing water dispenser, etc
• Smiling, being genuine, working hard.
