Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC (Cornerstone) is an independently certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) with extensive experience supporting the National Air & Space Intelligence Center's (NASIC) and other customers across the Department of Defense. Currently Cornerstone is seeking Open Source (OSINT) Analysts proficient in Chinese translation to support NASIC. Candidates will specialize in collecting, exploiting, and disseminating primarily foreign open-source information to contribute to the NASIC GEOINT mission.
The OSINT Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough research, discovering, acquiring, analyzing, documenting, and organizing open-source information on various subjects such as programs, technology, S&T institutes, universities, airfields, and specific topics of interest as prioritized and approved by the Government Task Manager / Subject Matter Expert (GMT/SME).
Utilizing standard language-enabled software and capabilities, the OSINT analyst will construct an analytic approach for each Request for Information (RFI), exercise, or event. This includes determining the quantity and quality of relevant OSINT data, recommending collection requirements to address OSINT data deficits, spatially and temporally correlating OSINT data, applying analytic standards, and making assessments. These assessments will contribute to a comprehensive understanding of adversary geolocation, actions, intent, proficiency, and relationships.
OSINT Analyst supporting this effort will ensure compliance with Open-Source reporting standards and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 208, 501, and 710. They will disseminate assessments through multiple Government-approved means, including SIPRNET, JWICS, NSA/NORMALLAW, and secure video teleconference (VTC).
Requirements:
Current Defense Language Institute (DLI) or equivalent reading and hearing rating of at least 2.
3 years’ OSINT experience
5 years' language experience
Current Top Secret / SCI clearance
Familiarity with NASIC reporting procedures.
