Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am ~ 5:45pm (45 minutes lunch break)

Responsibilities
- Communicate with various business units within TransGlobal in the planning, development and implementation of corporate policy governance activities and standard operations procedures (SOPs) for the Company
- Manage multiple projects and gain internal cooperation to achieve completion of SOP projects
- Multi-level project management including meeting deadlines, acquiring approvals, adjusting SOP for business needs
- Determine process improvements for functional areas and recommend changes to SOPs and corresponding policies
- Create effective procedures, format, layout, and number system for SOPs
- Identity functional areas and involve them in project reviews, communicate projects among different business units
- Independent consulting and/or advising business units, associates and management when needed
- Communicate SOPs within the Company by publishing memos, highlights, and SOPs on the Company intranet
- Review SOP to ensure current processes for all Company's operational areas are reflected, and partner to make changes
- Perform due diligence for operational areas serving as the subject matter expert by monitoring documents of the Company for conflicts in policy or procedure and proactively responding to any discrepancies or deficiencies by contacting business areas to correct
- Perform audits to determine compliance with SOP processes; recommend process improvements needed for compliance with functional areas requirements
- Forecast and report metrics on SOP projects, manage SOP translation, report to Manager and Corporate Compliance
Qualifications
- Bilingual in both Mandarin and English
- Legally permitted to work in the US
- Strong project management skills; high level of computer experience required
- Ability to supervise, coordinate multiple projects, build consensus and teamwork on multi-department projects
- Knowledge of Project Management System, CRM, Visio, Word, Excel, Documentum
- Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience in developing policies, procedures, manuals, or formal documents
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, adjusts to changing business needs, and meet deadlines
- Strong technical writing and critical thinking skills. Ability to create documents from an adult-learning perspective

- Starting $3,500 ~ $4,500/month depend on experience, will raise if pass probation
