Children's Fitness & Fun Instructor

Look no further than My Gym Children's Fitness Center in Vienna and McLean, VA. We are looking for part time employees.

Please do not apply if you haven't completed high school or if you're looking for a summer/ temporary job. We are looking for people who are looking to be with us for at least one year.

We are seeking high-energy individuals with a genuine love for young children to join our team.

As a My Gym team member, you will be responsible for leading fitness and developmental activities for children of all ages, from babies to upper elementary ages. You will need to be a team player who can follow through on commitments and communicate effectively with both parents and children.

We are looking for someone with a background in dance, sports, cheer, theatre, or fitness, but if you have a genuine love for children and are willing to learn, we welcome you to apply! You must be willing to clean and maintain a safe and healthy environment for our children.

In return, we offer a competitive starting wage of $18 per hour, with an average staff member earning $19-22 per hour including tips. We also offer health insurance for full-time employees after six months, upward mobility, a flexible schedule, tips and an educational expense stipend after six months of employment.

Only two mandatory requirements as it relates to schedules: Candidates need to be able to work Mondays 12pm-3:30pm (at a minimum) and either Saturdays or Sundays.
