SUMMARY: The nurse assists the provider regarding patient care.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Formal training which requires a graduation certificate from an accredited LVN/LPN or RN school of nursing; current State licensure and current CPR certification.
Personal skills include a willingness to assign high priority to patient comfort and satisfaction; the ability to communicate effectively; and the ability to work compatibly with physicians, other department members, and Clinic employees in other departments.
Physical guidelines include ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours/day, bend, stoop, twist, assist patients in turning, assist patients in arising from exam table, push wheelchair patients, and assist patients in arising from and returning to wheelchair.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM with rotating evenings and weekends.
