Hiring immediately: an energetic and enthusiastic manager who is skilled in customer service, leadership, and business management to oversee Center Management teams and provide strategic leadership to ensure quality of programming, financial success, and regulatory compliance.
The Regional Manager will cultivate positive relationships with Early Childhood Education Leaders, state licensing authorities, and community contacts. This position serves as the Leader for five Doodle Bugs! Rochester locations (Brighton, Greece, Henrietta, Penfield, and Webster).

Job Responsibilities:
- Guide, coach, train, and develop Center Management to ensure capability of reaching and maintaining assigned goals.
- Maintain regular communication with Center Management Teams and Home Office Leaders on matters of importance to center operations.
- Manage center operations when the Center Director is unavailable.
- Ensure all Federal/State/Local licensing are up to date and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate and participate in training on developmentally appropriate practices, accreditation standards, licensing requirements and company procedures.
- Educate and mentor Center Management on accreditation standards, licensing requirements and company procedures.
- Conduct marketing and outreach to generate enrollment. Ensure staffing levels are aligned to meet enrollment and drive consistent focus on quality and educational excellence.
- Ensure customer satisfaction; advise on parent concerns and ensure Center Directors are effectively communicating with all families in their program.
- Experience in interviewing and hiring new employees to meet center standards.
- Assist the Center Directors in arranging staff schedules for proper placement according to knowledge and experience.

- Bachelor’s Degree with 12 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or related field OR NYS Children’s Program Administrator Credential
- Multi-site management experience
- Experience with childcare software (example: Childcare CRM, Procare, Tadpoles, Brightwheel, HiMama, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
