```Duties```
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise and engage children in play, both indoors and outdoors
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Change diapers and assist with toilet training
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in childcare or daycare settings
- Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques
- Ability to work with infants, toddlers, and young children
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and other staff members
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Associate degree in early childhood education or CDA
