Childcare Provider

```Duties```

- Provide support and assistance in various classrooms and settings within the organization
- Assist with the implementation of educational activities and lesson plans
- Support teachers in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Help with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Assist with the supervision and care of toddlers and young children
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure the physical, emotional, and educational needs of children are met
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members

```Skills```

- Classroom experience or background in early childhood education
- Knowledge of toddler care and development
- Familiarity with special education practices and techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage behavior effectively in a classroom setting
- Understanding of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Experience working in a daycare or childcare setting is a plus
- Physical education background is beneficial

This position requires flexibility, as you will be working in different classrooms and settings as needed. The ability to adapt to different environments and work well within a team is essential. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
