Childcare Needed

I am a WFH mom with twins, they are now 11 months old so it is getting a little harder to work with two babies who need more and more attention while I try to work my 8-5 job. I would like someone to come mostly entertain, feed and play with them 2-3 hours. My son has profound hearing loss and needs to wear aids most of the day.

This is super important to make sure he keeps them on. Signing is not a requirement, he can hear with his aids - but it is a plus since we are trying to teach him to sign.
