Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise and engage children in play and learning activities - Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment - Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child - Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations Experience: - Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting or similar environment - Knowledge of behavior management techniques - Familiarity with daycare or preschool operations - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment - Understanding of childhood development stages and appropriate educational approaches - Experience babysitting or caring for children outside of a formal childcare setting is a plus Skills: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges - Creativity in planning engaging activities for children We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
