The Role:
CrossFit Glen Burnie is currently looking for Child Care attendants! Child care attendants help with activities in the fitness center Child Care area. These include, but are not limited to, directing children in playing, organizing and participating in games, and maintaining a safe environment. Must like to interact with children as well as be able to lift them.
The primary duties of a Child Care Attendant include, but are not limited to:
- Helps children remove outer garments like jackets, sweaters, etc.
- Organizes and participates in games (including board and video games), reads to children, and teaches them simple drawing, songs, and similar activities.
- Helps children develop habits of caring for, picking up and putting away toys and books.
- Maintains a safe environment
