Child Care Center Director

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee the operations of our Child Care facility in Scottsdale, AZ. . As the Child Care Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and development of the children in our care. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, educational expertise, and a passion for working with children.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children
- Supervise and provide guidance to Child Care staff, including teachers and assistants
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records
- Manage the daily operations of the Child Care facility, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or issues related to their child's development or well-being
- Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of Child Care staff
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children, following all health and safety guidelines

Skills:
- Education administration: Experience in managing educational programs or institutions
- Higher education teaching: Experience in teaching at the higher education level, preferably in early childhood education or a related field
- Educate: Ability to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children at different developmental stages
- Experience working with students: Previous experience working with children in an educational or Child Care setting

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
