```Duties```
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a daycare or childcare setting.
- Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote learning and development.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area.
- Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a positive and inclusive environment.
```Requirements```
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to children.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle stressful situations calmly.
