JOB SUMMARY:
Assists and supports Academy Management Team in all aspects of operation of the Academy, to include filing, record keeping, communication, taking Phone calls, providing tour, leading field trips, transporting children, Kitchen, customer relations, substituting teachers, quality control and physical facility.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must have Associate or Bachelor of Arts Degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education and 1+ years of experience working in a Child Care center.
- Must be proficient in Computers, Microsoft Office products, and familiar with different Social Media platforms.
- Preferred Candidate with experience in sales, marketing, communication, and management experience in Franchise or Corporate Child Care centers.
- Candidate must meet state minimum requirements for education and experience and clear all background check without any condition from Texas Department of Families and Protective Services.
- Must able to lift 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday to at least chest high.
- Maintains CPR and First Aid Certification and Transportation Training as required by state or local regulations.
- Must be available to work anytime between 6:30AM to 6:30PM Monday through Friday, and able to attend evening and weekend events or meeting at least twice a month as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
