Chief Ultrasound Technologist - (Temple University Hospital/40 Hours Days)

Oversees the day to day operations of the Obstetrical Ultrasound section. Assumes responsibility for the performance management and scheduling of departmental staff, patient flow and customer service, and equipment and inventory. Maintains continuous communication with the Radiologist and referring physicians to assure the highest practice standards are maintained.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Non Degree Program : Graduate of a two year AMA approved ultrasound technology program. (Required)
Experience
5 Years experience as an Ultrasound Technologist (Required)
3 Years experience in a supervisory position (Preferred)
License/Certifications
BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
RDMS - Reg Diag Medical Sonographer (Required)
40 Hours Per Week / Monday through Friday / 8:00 am - 4:00 pm / 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
