WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role supports recruiting critical roles internally (for Elevation Capital) and externally (for our portfolio companies), a diverse experience in Consumer Goods, Food/Bev, Supplements, Health & Wellness, and/or Computer Software/Hardware roles at all levels is preferred.
WHO YOU ARE
- Research roles, develop job descriptions, competencies, goals, and KPIs for every role.
- Outbound sourcing through LinkedIn and other tools.
- Screening applicants digitally with tools like Zoom, to assess fit.
- Oversee candidate experience from sourcing to success in their role.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding
- Creating and presenting recruiting reports to understand where improvements can be made
- Work on recruiting branding and incentives such as employee referral programs
- Implement core values to every day work life for all employees
- Implement new hiring tools and resources
- Implement recruiting best practices
- Build a recruiting/people team - hire, mentor, and manage junior and mid-level recruiters as well as HR and people and culture leaders
- Work closely with all hiring managers
- 10+ years of experience of full life cycle and in-house recruiting experience with references that attest to your outstanding ability with this.
- Proven success in leading the hiring process for Private Equity / Family offices
- Articulate, inspirational, and persuasive businesses communication skills
- Startup or fast growing company experience, proven experience of growing companies from early stage to mid-stage or beyond
- Health and wellness and/or tech talent acquisition experience
- Strong experience with using linked in recruiter to generate and hire candidates in diverse rolls
- Have experience implementing recruiting tools and processes
- Data oriented, ability to leverage recruiting decisions from recruiting data analytics
- Tech savvy (G-Suite, ATS, Microsoft Office, Recruiting Platforms and Job Boards)
- Experience recruiting highly regulated product categories - e.g. medical devices/dietary supplements/cannabis/alcohol
- Ability to communicate and understand the needs of hiring managers and be able to translate that into job descriptions and job searches
- Creative and strategic sourcing experience
- MBA required
